Karen has been servicing Vero Beach’s Real Estate needs as a licensed REALTOR ® Broker in Indian River County since 1979.

Karen specializes in residential and commercial properties both on the barrier island and the mainland.

Karen was the founder and the 1^st  President of the Vero Beach Christian Business Association which now has over 100+ members. All membership dues and and donated  funds, go to local Christian non-profit organizations that are otherwise, overlooked  by mainstream funding sources.

Karen has seen the good times and the bad times of the Vero Beach real estate cycle . Regardless of the economic times, Karen knows how to provide her clients with the right tools to make the transaction as smooth and worry free as possible.  Karen prides herself with the knowledge and expertise in the Vero Beach  market as well as providing her experienced  negotiating skills that is needed to help her clients make the best real estate decision.

Karen graduated from the Graduated Realtors Institute in 1986 earning her the prestigious GRI designation. She holds the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). She holds  the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) serving the ever changing needs and portfolios of the senior population. Karen is also a member of International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. She also earned the Transnational Referral Certification.  She is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and holds  the CLHMS designation.
